I am an experienced career and leadership coach focused on technology and product management careers, with a passion to help people discover work that will make them happy, and guide them on the path to achieving their career goals! I have a deep background (18 years) in designing, building and delivering enterprise cloud-based products for a large scale of external and internal customer globally, working across many different industries such as healthcare, pharma, finance and retail. I have launched B2B SAAS products for millions of external customers, and thousands of employees globally, for leading companies such as ServiceNow and Salesforce. I completed a Masters in Electrical Engineering at Columbia University. After graduating in 2004, I started my tech career in project and program management in an investment bank in New York, and in a few years pivoted to product management, so I know how to help people make successful transitions! What sets me apart from other coaches? It's my creativity, and my willingness to meet my clients where they are - instead of telling people to re-start their careers, I help bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be! Instead of working for just one or two companies in a specific industry, I have a very diverse work history across industry verticals, which helps me have a broader perspective. I am very good at catching limited beliefs/mindsets and helping my clients grow and learn from their own experiences. I am able to motivate and empower my clients to grow personally and professionally by creating a safe space where they feel seen and heard, no matter what their cultural, educational, gender-related, religious or other background might be.My mission is to make technology and product careers more easy, fun and accessible to all, and enable more diverse and marginalized candidates to enter and grow into leaders in these fields.I am currently a Product Coach at Stanford University's Center for Professional Development, coaching over 100+ people from different backgrounds around the world, and at different career stages. I have been a lead instructor at Product School. I am a speaker at various events related to tech and product. I have been a coach and mentor to many people for 15+ years throughout my career, and am actively engaged in the product community. I am currently working on an ICF-accredited and NLP based coach training, so I can be ICF certified and can learn the most impactful ways to support my clients.
