I have developed an abundance of knowledge,inspirational talent and desire to SERVE while working in the corporate, community and youth arena. My passion to pursue leadership, performance development and mentorship derives from a tireless work ethic that I was taught by my family in my early childhood. My Grandfather would say... "an honest days work, deserves an honest days pay". My Mother would say.. Reginald, "you have to be willing to work, if you want something in life because nothing will be given to you, so you must work" and I worked very hard". Whether that be training 2 or sometimes, 3 times per day in high school playing football, endless hours studying in the classroom at Notre Dame for that final exam before that Michigan game or using weekends to finish a project for a year end business review meeting. I am committed to deliver the best service for whatever task is assigned. Over the years, I refined these qualities of tireless work ethic, leadership, excellence in performance to an unyielding inspirational and positive attitude not to only change lives but TRANSFORM the lives of people'. My passion extends far beyond sports and corporate life. These experiences have afforded me the opportunities to do motivational & public speaking, mentorship , consulting with organizations throughout the world. As my passion to serve continues to expand, I am helping businesses with value-added solutions to plan, scale and build an exit strategy.I live my life for others, to be apart of something bigger, and much better than myself... to help people uncover their true purpose. I self-published a book titled... The Power Of "I" to provide an Inspirational guide filled with a PROMISE to keep to those we love, a reminder, that we all have a PURPOSE and lastly, using our gifts and talents to serve & help PEOPLE deal with the challenges and shortcomings of life. My understanding of life continues to grow and it is based on a simple, but very powerful statement that I embraced at my alma mater, Long Beach Poly High School...."Enter,Learn, Go Forth To Serve". I encompassed this POWERFUL message as my life's work...and commit to live each and every day with serving, as top priority and thus, touching the lives of people... no matter what race, color, creed, religion or socioeconomic status, I welcome the calling of having a positive impact on every person that walks in my path.Continued Success and May God Bless you and your Future!!!
