Earlier this year, I stepped up as president of Wilkes-Barre POWER, a business-focused community organization that serves the greater Wilkes-Barre area. POWER stands for Professionals Organized and Working to Enrich the Region. The organization has had a proud history of hosting networking events that bring business leaders together, spotlighting other organizations that serve the community, and making charitable donations to help other local nonprofit groups achieve their goals.
