There are too many stories of elite athletes, especially female athletes, struggling significantly with mental, emotional, physical, and financial challenges once they hang up their jersey, as evidenced by industry research and consistently echoed by the athletes I serve. It's far too common for these highly driven, capable, extraordinary women to receive virtually no support in navigating that transition out of competitive sport into their next chapter - and my team and I have raised our hands to step in and support this underserved need. My team and I endeavor to provide support, resources, and expert guidance to female athletes who are approaching or are currently navigating the inevitable end point in their sporting career. Our work enables these women to develop and hone a vision of a fulfilling, healthy, successful next chapter of life, personally and professionally, help them craft an actionable game plan to access that life, and establish powerful support systems to maximize the athlete's ability to thrive in their next season of life.Separately, I maintain a community of support for high-achieving women who are not athletes, who are navigating career transitions of their own volition (realizing they desire a change in career or role) or due to external circumstances (lay-offs, restructuring, etc.). For both of these groups, I teach a replicable system of self-leadership that my clients use to step purposefully into the next season of their lives with confidence, enthusiasm, and in alignment with the life they're dreaming of!I would be happy to connect with you about my coaching and teaching services, in-person or virtual speaking engagements, interviews, workshops, and training sessions.
