As the Recreational Technical Director for 24-7 Soccer Academy, the role typically involves organizing and overseeing 2-3 training sessions per week for each team, depending on age group and season. The soccer season usually spans 10 active months per year, with breaks during major holidays and part of the winter. In addition to coaching and conducting training sessions, the role encompasses several administrative and developmental responsibilities, such as:- Developing the coaching curriculum for the program- Mentoring and supporting volunteer coaches- Organizing coach education workshops to improve coaching standards- Monitoring player development and adjusting training plans accordingly- Liaising with team managers for logistics, equipment, and communication- Collaborating with the board and other directors on broader club initiatives and planning events like tryouts, tournaments, and end-of-season activities.

UK International Soccer are one of the largest providers of soccer instruction in the USA. Their mission is to provide the 'Best Possible Soccer Experience'. UK International Soccer are the Official Soccer Camp and Training Partner of the AYSO. As a Camp Director, my role was to:- Run the day-to-day management of the soccer camp.- Manage and delegate tasks to other coaches working on the camp.- Ensure all administrative tasks were completed, e.g. payroll, registrations, medical releases, etc.- Liaise with the camp co-ordinator and get the camp re-signed for the following season.

UK International Soccer are one of the largest providers of soccer instruction in the USA. Their mission is to provide the 'Best Possible Soccer Experience'. UK International Soccer are the Official Soccer Camp and Training Partner of the AYSO. There were two main parts to my position:- Professional Coach during the Spring season.- Camp Director throughout the Summer.As a Professional Coach, my responsibilities were to:- Develop the youth players' understanding of the game and improve their soccer skills.- Deliver Coach Education courses for volunteer coaches in Northern California.- Mentor volunteer coaches in a one-to-one capacity.

Pro Kicks Coaching is a North West Premier Football coaching company. Working closely with children from 18 month - 7 years old. Great links with Manchester City.As a professional coach at Pro Kicks Coaching we go into pre schools' and nurseries around the North West of England delivering sessions to the children through Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).As a professional soccer coach at Pro Kicks Coaching the main responsibilities were:We look to develop the 'Whole child' through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) learning structure. To ensure that all sessions plans were age appropriate between the ages of 18 months - 7 yearsDevelop the youth players' understanding of the game and improve their soccer skills.

This involved me coaching soccer to children between the ages of 3 - 16 years. The responsibilities that I had during the 3 months of the summer was to ensure that the register was taken everyday before the start of camp to make sure that we didn't have anyone missing on that day. Another responsibly that I had everyday to ensure that a session was planned out each day to ensure that the children were learning the correct skills and movements within soccer so that they were having fun and learning at the same time.
