Through mindfulness, creativity and Co-Active coaching, I empower my clients with awareness, vision and choice, so they can become "unstuck", resolve their inner conflict and move into conscious, resonant action. My diverse background forms a tapestry of skills which serve my clients in unique ways. As a former lawyer, I bring skills in critical thinking, analysis and pragmatism to coaching. Having served in non-profit organizations for over 20 years, in various capacities from volunteer to Board member, I deeply care for people in my community and I pursue a service-oriented approach to work. As a creative artist, I kindle my clients’ inner flame of creativity and imagination, and use creative techniques for problem-solving. After living in 5 countries, I have a heightened sense of cultural awareness and I am able to offer a cultural lens to my clients’ perspectives. My own career journey has taken from being a lawyer in private practice in Singapore to a legal manager in a government agency in Texas, and in various capacities in non-profit organizations globally. These (cultural, national, industrial and professional) transitions have provided me with a large toolkit of skills and a deep appreciation for cultural intelligence.
