9 years in organisation and people development, make me believe that there are 2 factors to make company growth and sustain, 1st is the market it self and 2nd is the people inside the organisation. And all we can control and develop is the people inside. Knowing the vision, mission, value, and creating organisation culture will strengthen the pace of the company. I do help many leader to manage them self, manage the business, and manage the people, so they can think from helicopter view. I help the company mapping the competencies needed by the leader and start creating learning journey for the leader. Me, myself do deliver the content as well, by making the pre learning (Video, Compile article, or podcast), deliver the training session, and do post training program(coaching) to ensure the content it self become habit as well.I always try to update my learning methods and learning models so the participant will enjoy the training and get insight as well. By working with me, you'll get the meaning, and get the partner to see the blindspot in order to reach the company goals.
