Then put them altogether in course design to inform to the stake holders- Develop training module using Gagne's 9 level of learning, start with pre-reading/e-learning module, face to face training, coaching/mentoring and evaluation.- Implement training, coaching, and mentoring session.- Evaluate the learning cycle by giving a case or assignment that align with the learning objective.Out of scope:- Collaborate with stake holders to determine the appropriate real case study.- Collaborate with team in scheduling training, informing the participant and participant enrolment.Through ADDIE model(above), Stevi can create great learning cycle that give impact to employee performance.
