With over ten years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness director, I am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals with personalised coaching and nutrition advice. At Club Coops, I oversee the fitness programs and staff, as well as provide one-on-one and group training sessions for clients of all ages and fitness levels. I have also been working as a personal trainer at My Coach Strength & Nutrition since January 2023, where I specialise in weight loss coaching and nutrition planning. Some of my core competencies include designing and implementing effective exercise and nutrition plans, motivating and inspiring clients, assessing and monitoring progress, and ensuring safety and quality standards. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to share my knowledge and expertise with others. My mission is to make fitness and wellness accessible and enjoyable for everyone, and to support them in their journey to a healthier and happier lifestyle.
