Business coaching specifically for Mortgage Professionals who were also members of LoanToolbox, a marketing and educational website. I helped to develop plans of action that were derived from the methods and tools provided to my clients via LoanToolbox with the goal of driving both personal and professional growth. I acted as an accountability partner, co-creator, co-strategist and motivator to Loan Officers with little to no team support, as well as to Loan Officers managing teams of three to twelve individuals.

LoanToolbox is the mortgage industry's premier resource for loan originators, providing all the tools successful loan originators need to close more loans and make more money— including proven systems, automated marketing, training and business planning. I trained the LTB members on how to navigate the website and how to best utilize the tools and educational materials to their full advantage. I would conduct regular tele-classses for small groups that would cover general use of the site, as well as hosting more indepth trainings for key accounts on specific areas of the site, such as "Building Realtor Relationships" or "Marketing."
