I'm a creative coach and consultant. I blend life coaching, creative expertise, and growth coaching together. I love helping my clients unblock any limiting mindsets regarding creative careers and creative practices.Understanding vulnerability and putting vulnerability into action is key in my coaching. My experience as a teacher working in higher education for over 10 years taught me that every individual is unique, especially when engaging in creativity, and that to practice creativity is to practice vulnerability. As an adult who is late self-diagnosed with ADHD (and continuing to learn about my own neurodivergence!) I understand the uniqueness of brains and that each brain has its own wonderful strengths and neural growth areas. #neuroqueerHere's what I offer in point form:- I am 100% remote. I work with clients based in different time zones across the US and Canada. - I offer one-on-one sessions using either video or voice-only.- I also offer specific support for adults with late-diagnoses (including self-diagnosis) in neurodivergent conditions including ADHD, OCD and more, who may be learning themselves in new ways and learning how career and family/relationships may be impacted.
