I am a senior level results-orientated Leader with a diverse back ground in Sales Management, Team Leadership, Business Development and most recently Logistics Management. My areas of expertise include:* Business administration: Some of my key skills are process and productivity improvement, budget analysis, vendor selection, financial data reporting and management. * Inventory management: I manage of all aspects of warehousing, shipping and receiving, implementing computerized inventory systems and P & L. I increased revenue by 16% and decreased expenses by 3.2% in addition to bringing on new key clients and managing inventory of over 120 clients. * Sales management: Some of my accomplishments include a 62% increase in sales, store of the year 2006, 2009, 2012 plus winning numerous awards for sales management and sales support coaching. I have created and developed new revenue streams plus designed, developed and implemented commission structures and sales campaigns. *Leadership: I have been responsible for various teams both in the warehousing industry, banking and retail sectors. My strengths include coaching, training and motivating my staff to achieve extraordinary results.
