I am an Electronics Engineer with a completed MBA program and extensive experience in implementation, operation and maintenance of mobile networks, especially in radio access platforms, for 26 years, all of them in multicultural work environments, in most South American countries.Due to my work experience, I have a very good knowledge of the organization of any large company. Furthermore, the MBA program has made me able to understand several processes in every company and business areas or departments, and therefore to give an extra value and a solid contribution to any position.My goals are to fulfill my duties with efficiency, meet business objectives and deadlines, deliver quality work, achieve team and personal motivation. Daily contact with internal and external customers, has allowed me to focus on their satisfaction through the permanent pursuit of exceeding expectations rather than simply meeting them.My greatest experience, besides solving interesting technical problems on a daily basis and achieving goals by meeting milestones, has been and always will be interacting with people of different levels, with different backgrounds and from different countries and cultures, which is great for being a better engineer and, much more importantly, a better person.
