In 2021 I accepted a new position as the Global Director of Trimble Agriculture's business with our most significant partner and customer, CNHi. In this role I am responsible for managing, coordinating and prioritizing CNHi activities globally across product development, marketing, sales, and operations.

In 2019 I began as the Regional Development Manager for the Western US & Canada for Trimble Agriculture. In this role I'm responsible for all sales, commercial, and channel management activities for Trimble's Agriculture group in this region, and I manage a team of six full time employees. I undertook this role to enhance my commercial business acumen with an eye toward general management of a business unit. This region had been flat or declining since 2013, for the two years I was in the role we grew sales YoY. For the past two years I led the team transitioning Trimble Ag's business to a subscription platform, as well as spearheading our direct to consumer e-commerce efforts.

Finance director for the Agriculture division at Trimble. Core responsibilities include managing the month end close processes, managing revenue recognition policies for the division, preparation of all forecast and target scenarios, and reporting out quarterly to the CEO & CFO on the division's financial performance. Additional responsibilities include analysis of new business development, financial modeling for potential opportunities and partnerships, product margin analysis, M&A activities including diligence and P&L modeling, and financial dashboard creation and distribution. Also responsible for managing two direct reports in this role. During my tenure we increased revenue by 22%, increased our GM% by 4 points, decreased OpEx by 0.4%, and thus increased Operating Income by 4.5 points and grew OI dollars by over 36%.

Hired in the fall of 2015 to oversee the FP&A function at Ping for the Marketing, R&D, and G&A departments, and one financial analyst. Have since developed comprehensive knowledge of the SaaS and recurring software key financial metrics, both revenue and expense, from a reporting and accounting perspective. Increased my knowledge of and exposure to Salesforce, which Ping utilizes as its system of record for all bookings and pipeline data. Lead for pipeline reporting and analysis in addition to managing the forecasting and reporting for the above groups. Charged with utilizing regression analysis to determine what types of pipeline convert at the highest rates, and synthesizing this information to develop a pipeline quality index formula. Factors analyzed include: region of sourced pipeline, new customer vs. existing customer, lead source, tenure of sales owner, etc. Played a significant role in development of new model for compensating our Sales Development Reps, who manage Ping's inbound lead qualification.

Hired in the fall of 2012 to be the Sr. Financial Analyst for the Trimble Agriculture group. Primary responsibilities include short & long term forecasting, monthly closing, & quarter end financial reporting. Large projects have included correcting the sales channel to reflect the split of the Ag business into 3 sub P&L's, updating the reporting for this channel, and assisting in the implementation of Salesforce. Ad Hoc duties include financial modeling for prospective contractual arrangements with OEMs, customer discount & sales analysis, and technical accounting support.

Filled the role of acting FP&A leader for GE’s Solar team. Primary duties were to create and maintain various financial models to determine the appropriate level of financial viability and success of the thin film module manufacturing plant, that was under construction in Aurora, CO. Simultaneously responsible for organizing and completing financial estimate scenarios, including: OP Plan, Growth Playbook, and 2Q/3Q/4Q Short Range Outlooks. Handled a variety of monthly closing duties, including cash, balance sheet, base cost, and sales/orders activity. Assisted commercial team in reviewing new deal profitability summaries, analyzing freight charges, and reviewing contracts for key revenue recognition events. Also responsible for reporting monthly and quarterly financial results to the Solar Leadership Team. Participated in controllership activities including balance sheet reconciliations and account mapping.

In Greenville fulfilled FP&A role, designed and implemented standardized Cognos reports the the GE Energy Engineering Division. In Trevose fulfilled Controllership role. Planned and executed account mapping project across more than 100 legal entities to align two major ERP system balances for GE Water. Reconcilled 25 balance sheets on a quarterly basis. In Plainville fulfilled Supply Chain FP&A role. Responsible for budgeting, tracking, and managing $40M per quarter base cost budget for GE Industrial Solutions HQ Team. Assisted in preparation of all estimate scenarios. Tracked worldwide Industrial Solutions headcount by plant.
