Invention Machine has propriety software that empowers the user to be more creative, be systemmatic in solving problems, be innovative in designing and redesigning products.The role I fulfill carry's with it many hats. - I run facilitation sessions with clients to enable them to embrace the technology and obtain the best results. These sessions focus on techniques and best practices within innovation; how you do it, how you can do it better, how to avoid the pitfalls.- I train exemplary students how to run their own sessions and become a direct innovation asset to the organisation. This will include how to overcome objections to ideas, how to extract the best ideas from a group of experts, how to move on when a session runs dry and how to steer objections to benefits.- I also use extensive subject matter expertise and skills in the art of innovation to deliver on high profile projects. The client list is extensive and mostly G500.

Recruited from Altran Technologies UK and Ireland, Altran Solutions added another dimension to my skills due to the extensive materials testing laboratories.I was involved in pulling in service revenue for materials analysis and problem solving, particularly around Innovation Methodologies. The client list that I serviced at the time included, Tyco Healthcare, NMT Technologies, Keurig, Arichell Technologies and several power plants focused on failure analysis.

After successes with Altran Technologies Ireland, the UK arm recruited me to open out their capability in the Biotech Industry.In addition to this I worked on a prolonged project with Delphi, working at their Park Royal Technology Centre on developing the next generation of High Pressure Diesel Injection Systems.

Listened to client challenges and worked with them to develop a plan to reconcile the issues and solve their problems. Added measured value in the Biomedical and Food industries utilizing a balance of subject matter expertise, problem solving experience and method, and well crafted facilitation skills.
