It is hoped that once elucidated, these subsets can improve computation time when training a model system.Extensive use of a Unix based high performance computing cluster; Including shell scripting and program writing in FORTRAN90 and basic C++.Numerical methods used in FORTRAN90 program included multi-objective optimisation using genetic algorithms.Project was completed with a full write up, for which a grade of 72% was achieved.A presentation and defence of the project in a viva were undertaken, for which a grade of 70% was achieved.
