    Implemented computer technology at all library locations across New Brunswick. Managed the project which included installation of a province wide network, purchase of all necessary equipment for the network, the computers and associated peripheral equipment for all the libraries across the province of New Brunswick. Hired appropriate personnel to build the IT implementation team. Prior to this project most sites were not using computers, nor were they connected to the Internet. Planned, developed, and assisted in the provision of training of library personnel on system software. This was an exciting project which included network installation, personal computers, library management software, email, system training and NEW at that time, free Internet access to the public! Managed implementation and provision of electronic email for all library staff. Locations included both French and English libraries.
