I am responsible for all aspects of beer production at our Hapeville location including management of all brewery related resources, cellar management, collaborating with ownership and taproom staff, meeting with vendors and making purchasing decisions, and (most importantly) consistently meeting all production goals.

I started as a part-time packaging and cellar assistant in August of 2019 (I maintained a sufficient inventory of clean kegs based on production timelines and assisted on packaging days) and progressed in to a full time cellar dweller by the end of 2019 (cleaning and sanitizing fermenters and brite tanks, monitored fermentation through gravity checks etc., harvesting yeast and managing a healthy inventory of harvested yeast and clean brinks for future use). I began assisting the brewers and head brewer on both the 20 barrel brewhouse and the 3 barrel pilot system in January of 2021 and was promoted from assistant brewer to brewer in June of 2021, all while continuing to work as a full time cellarman and assisting on packaging days as needed.
