I enjoy leading a team of talented people who are responsible for all audio and video systems for a multi-site church with 9000 members and six campuses.My team is honored and privileged to do the following:- Manage over 125 Audio, Video, Lighting, or Control Systems made up of over 3,000 components with a total valuation near $4 million.- Assist in establishing expectations and standards in methods for operating equipment.- Identify maintenance projects required to maintain expected functionality of A/V/L systems.- Develop plans with ministry teams for "Path to Excellence" projects to improve A/V/L systems.- Produce A/V/L design documentation including design narratives, floorplans, conduit and box specifications, wiring diagrams, pull schedules and as-built drawings.- Design, integrate, and maintain a dedicated A/V/L network with over 30 Cisco managed switches networking hundreds of devices.- Develop and maintain a logical networking philosophy that defines network segmentation, vlan and subnetting requirements, device nomenclature, and A/V/L network security protocols.- Develop and maintain a library of custom device drivers and user interfaces to enable web based control for A/V/L systems.
