All around get it done girl. Working on a remote island there are no job titles. You do what needs to be done, no matter the job:) I can build a soak away septic system using crushed conch shells, maintain a reverse osmosis system, grow organic goodies for our guests, fish for the fresh catch of the day, tie flies for flats fishing, scrub a teak fighting chair on the offshore boat. The most memorable part of this experience were the people I worked and lived with. Marlene in the kitchen teaching me her families Belizean recipes, George taking me off on a skiff to catch a grand slam, Dallas introducing me to power tools, laying hardwoods, people skills and most of all sharing his heart and love for us all.
