As the Account Coordinator and Office Manager for Revel United, I aided in business development by overseeing all administrative processes including bookkeeping and payroll services, staff recruitment and hiring, computer systems maintenance, etc. I ensured adherence to client's brand standards and specifications by reviewing layouts, successfully strengthening client relationships.During this time I, tracked and managed all talent payments and contract renewals for TV and radio commercials. I also managed all accounting services, including tracking job costs and billing documents, and performing quarterly/annual reviews of retainer contract.Here are a selection of my achievements with Revel United:• As a result of my excellent account management abilities, as well as my strong time management and organization skills, I was appointed as the main contact for the marketing director and team. At this time I was directly involved in all projects from beginning to end.• Due to my phenomenal customer service and relationship management skills, I was selected by leadership to be the account executive for the company's long-standing client, Baylor Scott & White the Heart Hospital Plano/Denton.• I streamlined workflow processes and improved collaboration between internal teams and external clients and partners by establishing and maintaining a cloud-based file storage and sharing system for all past and current projects.• I also enhanced client experience by expanding services to include planning and coordination for trade show booths, coordinating event services and providing remote support throughout each event. During this time, I effectively aided clients by assisting booth layout designs and purchase of trade show booth components for use at conferences and local events attended each year.
