WHAT I DO I have represented The Arbinger Institute Institute in South Africa as Managing Director since 2008, delivering our programs and consulting services in SA and Sub-Saharan Africa. I am a registered organizational psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa and was employed as a senior psychologist and organizational development consultant for several organizations.
