The Microsoft Practice is a part of our DX organization and takes care of the Microsoft growth strategy within Konica Minolta. As leader of this team of passionate experts, I am taking care for acting as a practice with our National Operating Countries to deliver quality services to our customers. In this role I am also participating in our Global Microsoft Partnership team to ensure we maintain the best possible relationship.

In this role the primary focus is on Information Management (ECM/MCS). Responsible for creating European maturity growth strategies for ECM. As part of this role became a member of the Global Steering committee for IT Services, with focus on Intelligent Information Management (IIM).From 2022 I was assigned to setup a "Microsoft First" strategy for our European Business which ended up in becoming a team leader for our European Microsoft Practice.

As a member of the International Marketing team I am responsible for actively shaping and marketing our product and services portfolio in the area of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Managed Content Services (MCS) in our European markets.

Business Development on the IT Services Strategy of Konica Minolta. This role is cross border and covers Germany, Austria, Belgium and The Netherlands We help to improve customers horizontal/vertical business processes to expand their business. I concentrate on business development in Enterprise Content Management as one of Konica Minolta's European Core businesses. I also have to enhance Infrastructure Management Services capabilities for our Managed Printing Services strategy (OPS) and our next step in this area Managed Content Services.

Responisible for Product Management Software & Serices Group. Next to this responsible for local portfolio for Software & Services and Business Development. Also working on internal projects that are Software & Services related.

Responisible for Product Management Solutions Group. Next to this responsible for applications in the Office Segment with a clear focus on Capturing and Document Management. A big part of the job is Pre-Sales Consulting on Capturing and Document Management.

Responsible for the support on the KN's software products, providing training for the Product Specialist in the Field and the implementations of Capturing and Document Management software.Also responsible for the QA procedures on KN's own software.
