Leads the Board of Directors in all initiatives from membership growth to providing education and resources for the associations members. As president elect of the now dissolved NAMP (Nevada Association of Mortgage Professionals) as well as director on the NV MBA (Nevada Mortgage Bankers Association), Coby was partly responsible for merging the two associations into a stronger more effective organization. The NMLA is charged with furthering the interests and education of the states mortgage professionals.

Design and implement strategic marketing plans for professional offices allowing them to establish an image and effectively advertise to their target client demographic. Led sales team in introducing consulting services to prospective professionals that needed the creation of business management protocols and procedures. Professional offices saw annualized growth of nearly 60% after employing the strategies developed by Coby and his team.
