Helped potential EB-5 Visa participants understand the generals of the program in both English and Spanish. I also explain the benefits of CMB and what EB-5 opportunities we currently offer. This includes explaining how CMB has achieved such great success as these foreign nationals decide the path they want to take towards ultimately obtaining a permanent Green Card.

Worked with a team of 10-15 associates in their first few weeks of on the job training. After associates were trained in class on information they will need to take a new type of phone calls (Sales, Enrollments, Customer Service, Web Support), they then worked in a protected environment where they can apply what was learned in class and receive further training prior to rejoining their teams. I made sure that each associate performed well in the closer supervised environment of the "NEST" and that they met requirements to join their team full time.
