Coby has been in the CPG industry her entire life, literally. It is said that on the day she was born, she was first brought to meet the staff at her family’s IGA store before even going home.She was born into a well-respected food industry family, and has since developed her own successful career over the last 15+ years. Coby has ‘ground up’ experience in the industry, having worked at every level from warehouse, to customer service, field sales, key account management, and sales team leadership.She has also worked in all cpg sales channels (retail, distribution, broker sales, and brand sales) giving her a comprehensive understanding of vendor and retailer needs. Coby is passionate about building and representing brands in the natural grocery space, and is skilled at leading a sales team to excellence in retail executing.On the weekends you can find her hanging out with her husband, 3 kids and dogs, tending to her garden, and occasionally singing her heart out in a Casino show band
