Responsible for multiple ICT projects related to the social field of municipalities (comparable to NAV). Projects like establishing connections, simple and complex migrations of data and realising new functionalities within the existing software delivered by Centric. • First contact person for the municipalities regarding the projects.• Responsible for planning and putting together a project team in association with the municipalities. • Project teams consisting of four to twenty people.

Implementing a new back-office system for the social department. Responsible for:• Planning, data migration and establishing connections with existing software, like the document management system. • Mapping the processes and managing the re-design that was needed for the new system. • Managing the training program.• About twenty people that were actively participating in the project.• The connection between all parties involved.

Realising a digital application platform for the citizens of Heemskerk. Examples are applications for welfare and healthcare for people with a minimal income. Responsible for:• Mapping the processes and making them lean and digital executable.• Motivating and training the employees to think and work digital. This was partially realized by involving them in the project. • Getting all involved parties on board of the project. Such as citizens, collaborating parties and different departments within the municipality.

The four municipalities had the wish to establish a stricter policy for applicants of welfare. This was established through a project were different options were explored and legally checked. One option was chosen and successfully tested in a trial. Results were proven positive and the new policy has been implemented.

Groep 8

Responsible for improving the collaboration between two departments: property management and business real estate. This was mainly realised by organising meetings with the two parties, establishing agreements and making sure the agreements were implemented and evaluated.

Responsible for several company-wide projects. These were executed with the Prince2 methodology. Examples are: implementation ERP, facilities Call Centre, customer service orientated working, housing after a merger.
