To ensure the safety and security of all customers who attend events at Motorpoint Arean Nottingham and the National Ice Centre. My role includes supervising an area of the arena to ensure it is safe and secure, as well as to ensure customers are satisfied with their experience at the events they are attending. To do this I supervise a team of around fifteen to twenty staff who help me ensure this.

I draft responses to constituents.I ensure records are kept, and information managed confidentially in line with the data protectionlegislation.I ensure that each case is dealt with promptly, sensitively, confidentially and accuratelyI follow up on social media queries and comments.I gather relevant information to assist with resolving cases.I log all cases, monitor progress, and ensure all identified actions are taken.I retain records and information confidentially and in line with the Data Protection Act.I manage production of casework mailouts and responses to them.I create and manage a volunteer team for parliamentary mailouts.I assist other members of the team in progressing on constituency campaigns.
