With over 20 years of experience in intellectual property law, my practice consists primarily of patent litigation matters, but also includes trademark and copyright litigation, patent application preparation and filing, and IP licensing. I work closely with business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, and in-house counsel to avoid, resolve, and win disputes over rights in various technologies, brands, and artistic works. My firm, Buchalter, where I am proud to serve as Chair of the Litigation Practice Group in Atlanta, has a full-service, business-minded platform, national in scope, that enables me to handle complex intellectual property matters at a tremendous value to my clients. We strive to understand our clients’ business goals for each matter, minimize litigation risks, achieve optimal results, and manage costs.
