With over 30 years of experience in the service, staffing and recruiting industry, I am passionate about providing labor solutions to manufacturing, hospitality, and industrial clients throughout the United States. As the President of Good Labor Jobs, I lead a team of dedicated professionals who recruit "blue collar" workers from Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and other underserved regions of the world and place them at stable jobs where they can develop and grow into a career.My core competencies include process improvement, business development, financial analysis, team building, and strategic planning. I have successfully increased the productivity, efficiency, and profitability of our clients by moving labor from around the world to areas of need, while also creating opportunities for workers who seek a better life.
