Throughout my career, I have held positions such as Team Leader, Body and Interior Designer, Chief Engineering Officer.Over the years, I have undertaken a multitude of responsibilities, including:Mechanical layout and vehicle assembly optimizationPlanning and design of thermoplastic parts and compositesDetailed design and integration of body mechanicsProject leadership and team managementCoordination of head office activitiesOne project I led was the development of the new Uno Brazil, where I had the privilege of managing a team through the entire macro feasibility stage.During my tenure at the FIAT Style Centre, I served as Pre-Engineering department, collaborating closely with designers on projects such as the Grande Punto Evo, Panda restyling, and future initiatives like the Topolino.A significant milestone in my career was the establishment and oversight of Bonansea Brasil, located near the FIASA factory in Betim (Belo Horizonte), Brazil. This experience broadened my expertise in supplier management, activity coordination, and team leadership, overseeing a team of 7 members and providing training in UG/CATIA software for their professional growth.My tenure at Bonansea culminated in a supplier role within Maserati SPA. During my time there, I actively participated in the M156B project as part of the interior design team, contributing to the development of various features for the new Quattroporte.These experiences have not only enriched my professional journey but have also significantly influenced my cultural background, providing me with invaluable insights and skills crucial for navigating the dynamic landscape of the automotive industry.
