- Main responsibility is to convert existing Excel reports into SSRS reports in an established Report Hub.- Primary person in charge of ensuring all computers on the manufacturing floor are connected to the network and having data collected into a centralized database used for reporting.- During the first week, I was able to bring an existing VB program back online that had not been running for several months since the IT group could not able to get it to work. I was also able to make some corrections to the program that was generating incorrect data.- Created documentation for several essential processes that noone else in the company knew how to perform after researching and figuring out the processes with no existing documentation.- Created several ad-hoc reports to help engineers troubleshoot issues with their projects.

I was brought back in as a contractor to work on building stored procedures in order to complete several high impact projects.

• Originally contracted to convert the current manual reporting/packaging process to a SQL Server solution that would be completely automated and eliminate 8-10 hours of work for 2 FTE per day, as well as several hours of manual processing to enter packages back into CampusVue.• Project was changed to automate generating CampusVue reports that are currently manually run. This automation is being developed in MS Excel VBA that sends complicated queries to SQL Server to retrieve the desired information in order to replicate existing reports. The queries are being written in lieu of existing stored procedures that the team does not have access to. This automation will save 6 to 8 hours of manual work for 2 FTE per day.

My primary responsibility is to design, build, and implement a database to support the new web portal that is being developed. I also monitor the data transfers to our clients. I am the person that is tasked with fixing the existing stored procedures in all databases when there are any issues. I am the "go to" person for anything involving SQL.

This was a short-term contract to cover for an employee that was on maternity leave. I created the daily status report that was sent to the data management group. This included fixing any errors that occurred during the overnight data transfers in DataStage.I also wrote several stored procedures to fix, or fill in, data that the data management group had not been able to do. I started the conversion of utilizing DataStage for ETL to SSIS and stored procedures in SQL Server 2008 R2.
