Responsible for trad in appraisals, managing car inventories, attaining sales objectives, solving customer complaints, closing deals, and preparing sales reports. Purchasing of used vehicles from multiple outlets. Increased used car sales by 15% in first year. Automobile Lot/Fleet Manager 2002-2016 Responsible for overseeing staff of 11 employees. Manage scheduling, weekly payroll and daily work allotment. Oversee all new and used units on 3 dealership lots to include placement and cleaning. Open / Close repair orders for 3 car lines and fleet units sold daily. Oversee placement of showroom cars weekly to include cleaning, battery charging and gas. Manage unloading of all new car transports daily. Check and apply for reimbursement of damages incurred. Stocking in of all new and used car keys in to Key Track System. Accountable for dealer plates bi-annually, registration and insurance for all dealer plates and fleet cars. Lot Attendant/Prep 1997-2002 Provide all imperative service that is required for the maintenance and upkeep of vehicles.Cleaning, waxing and polishing used and new vehicles. Maintaining the standard and quality of service of the organization.
