Managed product releases for thirteen (13) product releases over a 3 year period.• Owned product conceptualization for SWAGG, a product allowing for mobile digital gift card giving, offers, and rewards card management.• Led team of eight (8) product managers through ideation, design, requirements, and delivery of SWAGG product launch. The SWAGG product build effort was a 16 month effort from concept definition to launch, encompassing 151 FTEs (124 full time and 27 contractors) and approximately 300,000 Engineering hours.• Managed thirteen (13) different consumer and merchant research studies during SWAGG product definition and build phases including focus groups, ethnographies, quantitative studies, product branding and qualitative redemption studies.• Product owner of Qualcomm Pay product initiative, a cloud-based mobile payments system. Qualcomm Pay had a soft-launch with Burger King in June 2012. Product allows for bar code and NFC tap payments at the point-of-sale.• Launched text-based (SMS) Mobile Banking product as alternative to client-based delivery of mobile banking services, incorporating other Qualcomm technologies into the Mobile Banking platform.

Firethorn grew to roughly 30 employees in a 2.5 year span and was sold to Qualcomm in late 2007 for 210 million.• Launched first mobile banking application in the U.S. with BancorpSouth and AT&T in November 2006.• Launched three top ten financial institutions (Wachovia, Regions Bank, and SunTrust) in conjunction with an AT&T multi-million dollar marketing campaign. Ensured all partner and customer product requirements were met while keeping a publicly announced November 2007 launch date in-line.• Led the launch of the Mobile Banking application through a 24 month gate process on the AT&T (Cingular) network ensuring all requirements were either met or incorporated into the roadmap. Constant interaction and negotiation between Financial Institutions and wireless carrier partners.• Pre-loaded the Mobile Banking application onto the AT&T and Verizon networks including ensuring requirements of all handset manufacturers (OEMs) were met prior to the launch of handset. Ultimately the Mobile Banking application was pre-loaded on over 200 devices.• Led filing procedures for 11 (10 U.S. and 1 International) patent applications for Mobile Banking in July 2006.
