I have extensive experience in long-term care asset protection for those who perhaps cannot qualify for insurance coverage and may already be in a nursing home or assisted living.

The greatest financial threat facing most retirees, and many still working, is the cost of long-term care. I help families in crisis, where a family member is already in a nursing home or about to enter one, to maximize the quality of care by qualifying for government benefits and protecting assets to pay for things government benefits won't provide. It's not unusual to help protect most, if not all of an estate, even when someone is already in a nursing home. I write articles and speak publicly about the financial issues and personal issues that come with an aging population that will require families and governments have currently allocated.
