Machined part design, modification, layout and male female coupling assemblies.-Mechanical Design representative for Engineering during customer design meetings. Identify customer needs and provide solutions and options for existing and future opportunities.-Tesla renewable energy power-pack battery storage connector and harness assemblies. Working closely with sales and engineering representatives to identify the best solution for this new and unique opportunity.-SpaceX Blue Origin thruster ignition optimization.-Perforation Gun ignitor signal system redesign and redressability optimization for harsh environment and pressure containment capabilities.Created detailed assembly, mfg, and factory acceptance testing and assembly instructions of electronic components like Pig Trackers and Holiday (Coating Defect) Detectors. Detailing subsea umbilical cross-sections designating multiple tubing sizes and fillers for efficiency and weight reduction. Detailing umbilical reels and accessories as needed to perform with umbilical systems.

Plate metal rolled and cut and machined to make large gate, butterfly, goggle, wedge, wedge within wedge, pop-off and other refinery valves, some with ventilation closures and refractory anchors and lining.
