Patterson Rig 304 working for Devon Energy● Successfully managed and improved the conditions and behaviors of Patterson rig 304 while working for Devon Energy.● Improved our 560-point comprehensive rig inspection score from a 72% in February 2012 to an impressive 94% in October 2012.● Through an intentional effort to coach and mentor my crews I was able to improve morale and create a better team environment allowing us to maintain a 0% incident rate.● Near perfect crew retention in 2012.● Created and implemented a “rig move” plan to partner with our customer by improving efficiency and reducing costly non-productive time during rig move potentially reducing our rig move cycle time by a safe, incident free 75-80 hours. ● Reduced the rig down time by 93% from 3rd quarter of 2012 to 4th quarter of 2012 by implementing a routine maintenance program and mentoring crews on critical maintenance practices.
