1. Set merchandise operation procedure based on customer requirement and standard, work with company development & QC department to make suitable quality control procedure and standard for specific customer. 2. Lead merchandiser team source proper suppliers and prepare evaluation reports for customer to choose the most suitable supplier; Source competitive products for oversea customers per internet, fair etc. 3. Lead merchandiser team to provide competitive quotation to win orders from customer. 4. Summarize product development requirement from oversea customer and work with PD team and factory to develop samples per customer requirement. Make sure PD team and factory fully understand customers' sample request for each detail and follow up.5. Confirm order details with both customer and factories, make sure all the details are clear, including product price, quantity, specification, quality standard, testing requirements, ship date, payment term etc. 6. Follow up production status per production schedule and arrange QC department to make quality control in each production step in time, ensure orders can be completed per request. make sure each merchandiser fully support company QC department to implement customer requirement and quality control procedure in factories, improve production quality and low the customer complain rate. 7. Lead merchandiser team to work with factories to arrange shipment per customer request and follow up payment status with customer. 9Follow up feedback with customer about product, merchandiser service and factories, push improvement for service team, products and factory production quality, solve complaints for customer in time. 8.Responsible for all the issues when oversea customer visit China, including arrange customer itinerary, organize meeting with company and factories.
