UTAC is holding LTD is a leading independent provider is semiconductor assembly and testing services for a broad of integrated circuits, major customers are TI, Maxim, Onsemi, Microchip etc.Position: Head Of Supply Department.Report to: Chief Procurement OfficerStrategy, Material Planning & Procurement- Identify/ initiate/ enhance current process to meet the changing requirement of the organization- Ensure uninterrupted supplies to meet Production requirements - Develop and implement purchasing and contract management procedures and ensuring all purchases are approved within mandated guidelines- Manage Equipment deliveries according to the Investment plans- Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions of sale and warranties of goods and products with locally managed suppliers or service providers- Identify and drive cost saving activities in the factory according to the roadmap- Supplier inventory management as well as VMI/JIT/RTF management- Participate in establishing Corporate Strategies for Material and EquipmentOperational Management- Built a new department in short term and Manage Supply Chain Department - Set goals and objectives for the department and provide measurement indices to assess performance- Manage team staffing, including recruitment, supervision, development, evaluation and disciplinary actions- Establish and maintain regular communication with the organization’s Department Heads and Senior Management- Periodically reports progress of activities and strategies to the Management team
