▪ Regulatory Report: Responsible for preparing and reviewing G4B RWA report (to CBIRC) , FIRB RWA report to meet the tight deadline, and providing data to any other related regulatory report; providing data for annual G-SIBs measurement work assigned to SPDB bank.▪ Internal Report: Performing RWA and Capital adequacy analysis quarterly, and preparing high-quality RWA monitoring Report for Risk Management Committee and Board’s review; participating in 2016 annual ICAAP report’s integration.▪ Budget and performance: producing appropriate RWA data at branch/business line’s level to facilitate budget allocation and performance evaluation.▪ Responsible for explanation of RWA measurement rules and RWA’s policies; and providing RWA training for branch’s staff regarding regulations and procedures.▪ Reviewing RWA adjustment applications from branches or business lines, and make the appropriate adjustment if necessary.▪ Acting as coordinator to liaise with internal auditors and local regulators on RWA related matters.

▪ Collecting data and prepare in-depth market and industry research.▪ Analyzing the risk-related policy data, and preparing related reports in PPT.▪ Liaising with national branches and providing technical advice regarding the risks of underwriting, scope of coverage, interpretation of wordings, and applications.▪ Liaising with other departments, and support the manager for projects, and other duties assigned. ▪ Arranging and coordinating internal and external meeting.

▪ Participating in annual audit of large manufacturing companies such as Dow Chemicals, Mead Johnson, Luxottica etc. , as well as IPO audit of Zhengye International Holdings (HKG:3363), listed on the main board of SEHK on Jun 3,2011.▪ Conducting compliance and substantive testing to verify the adequacy of financial system▪ Composing business cycle note and emphasised the entity's business risks and internal control risks.▪ Assisting Auditor-in-charge in project management in terms of time and budget ▪ Being skilled in using of AS/2 audit software, and other financial software such as Kindee, UFIDA
