Senior Sales Manager
CurrentKey Responsibilities:*Client Relations: Conduct face-to-face and remote meetings to understand client needs, and preferences, and ensure satisfaction throughout the customization process.*Design Collaboration: Work closely with designers to align on client requirements, ensuring designs are accurately translated and adjusted as needed.*Customization Coordination: Develop comprehensive customization plans, including material, color, and size specifications based on client requests.*Production and Delivery Tracking: Monitor production timelines, address any issues promptly, and ensure on-time delivery of orders.*New Product Development: Collaborate with design and production teams on market research, material selection, and process improvements for new products.*Order Processing and Follow-Up: Accurately process client orders, track production progress, and provide timely updates to clients.*After-Sales Support: Manage client feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction post-delivery.
