As Product Manager, I was in charge of the product of Archiver and Media in DocAve 6.3 and DocAve 6.4. According to the Roadmap and Product Backlogs, I worked with Senior Software Engineer and Designer to work out designs of the new feature, after that I gave presentations to US PM team before the new feature developed by the developer team. And then follow up the developing processes with JIRA Greenhopper. Arranged iterations with QA Team and developer team. After the features developed completed, I also gave a demo to the US PM team to make sure we are in same page.
