Coco Shen was born in Hangzhou China and graduated from Zhejiang University for Bachelor Degree of Corporate Finance in 1999. Then she started her career in Alcatel Shanghai Bell Telecommunication as accountant and later Senior Financial Analyst. After four years in Alcatel Shanghai Bell, she went for Master degree of Corporate and international finance in University of Durham UK in 2003 and became Financial analysis manager when came back to Alcatel in 2004. During 2006 to 2008 she worked for Syngenta Asia Pacific as regional finance manager and based in Singapore. Since mid of 2008, she came back to Syngenta China as finance controller to support the fast-growing China business. Starting 2011, she came to be Finance Director of Yara China. Her primary responsibilities were to establish new China headquarter functions and handled all finance related tasks, including accounting and internal compliance, management reporting, financial forecast and business planning, also take care of human resources and legal & regulatory tasks.Since Jan 2014, she joined well known fashion brand ZUCZUG as Finance Director. Her responsibilities were to rebuild finance team and strength management capabilities to fully prepare for further business development, potentially including but not limited on M&A, new brand or company strategic expansion etc. Since Mar 2018，Coco has joined Mofang apartment service group as head of finance. She is in charge of full finance function with team size of above 30, including accounting and business partnering, tax and compliance, financing (banking facilities, ABS , REITS etc.) and investing (M&A), joint venture finance management etc. She has various interests like traveling, swimming, movies etc.
