Resigned from Del Monte Meat in May 2020. Relocated to Arizona to care for my 2 granddaughters.An opportunity of a lifetime. Blessed and thankful our family remained safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic. March 2022 I relocated to Coeur D'Alene, ID.

Performed collection calls to customers in connection with past due accounts/negotiated, administered payment plans/emailed letters of demand for payment to customers as necessary.
Maintain account reconciliations.
Reviewed daily driver logs/ potential money problems, take necessary action.
Place and release credit holds, credit terms discussed, approved by CM.
Process payments : ACH/VRD/LBX/Cash. Adhere to armored truck transport procedures.
Handle chargebacks, NSF items. Issue credit memos for product returns.

Manage A/R, A/P, Administrative position.
Approve time cards.
Employee evaluations.
PTO/sick coverage-keep up with workload.
Maintained office supplies, equipment maintenance.
Support transportation, sales, and management.
Successful staying highly motivated. Experienced in a high activity level office.
March 2020-Introduce remote collections due to COVID-19 concerns.
