1. As a project manager, be responsible for the overall management work of multiple large scale projects of urban planning, architecture and landscape varying from high-rise residential, villas, skyscrapers, hotels, comprehensive commercial office parks, high-tech industrial parks, conversion and renovation of industrial site or protective historical area, characteristic town, key urban area and transportation hubs.2. Organize and manage the project’s daily operation and coordination work between all parties related, including schedule arrangement and control, design team personnel assignment, precise comprehension, communication, and implementation, as well as designer’s internal communication. Work collaboratively with design leaders to lead the team to complete each stage work from previous site surveys, presentation reports, and final delivery. 3. Project business management. Be responsible for overall business correspondence and communications. In charge of contract negotiation, signing, implementation and payment collection. Put forward and implement effective methods to realize budget control.4. Bidding works. Be responsible for all bidding work of new project or competitions, and undertake bidding package preparation work. 5. Build and maintain working relationships with real estate developers as Vanke, Poly Group, Financial Street Holdings, OCT group, and JG Summit Holdings, as well as relations with local authorities at various levels in China to ensure long term success.6. Marketing. Make phone calls and site visit to clients regularly to pay a close attention to marketing exploitation, and actively dig and follow potential commercial cooperation opportunities .7. Strong verbal and written fluency in English. Capable of international communication and correspondence.
