Led a team of 13 to pilot educational projects in Dar es Salaam. I have planned and implement school-tailored solutions to three local primary and secondary schools through consultation to change the prolonged rote-learning issues. This has been done by coordinating, growing relationships with local authorities, and showcasing the 'dynamic teaching' methods in different schools. I am now building a social network and an online community for young females from self-help groups to refine their commercial strategies by teaching them computer skills and marketing tools. Seven practical ICT teaching workshops were carried out for our participants and my responsibilities ranged from candidate selection, curriculum design, coaching, monitor and evaluation and logistical matters. I was able to persuade the administrator from a prominent university to provide the computer lab for us to run workshops for free. I also manage relations with external shareholders to ensure financial and technical sustainability of the solutions. After each project, I am also in charge of undertaking evaluations of the impact of existing education programmes by using development frameworks

China International Capital Corporation (CICC) is one of China's leading investment banking firms. I prepared analytical research and timely reports on the impact of policy/regulation change on the capital market. My responsibilities also include supporting the development of strategies and providing benchmarking references for fund managers. I successfully assisted in the preparation of five newly-initiated fund products’ and the legal applications to China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC); Besides, I conducted a diagnostic report on the influence of the Chinese Market by comparing composites of MSCI index (after it included China's A shares) and China Securities Index (CSI).

Interest in Tech: I assisted to provide consulting services to customers on increasing their market shares by better website programming and digital solutions. I shadowed the technical division and gained knowledge of searching engine optimising in digital marketing.
