- Work directly with high-profile clients such as NBC (Olympics, Peacock, Syfy), Premier League, The American Theatre Wing (Tony Awards) and JennAir to produce a variety of high-intensity, large-scale events from film premieres, press events, consumer activations and live shows across the United States with budgets ranging from $20K – $30M- Serve as the internal liaison between creative and production teams to buildout high-level event concepts, detailed brand kits, renders, floorplans and event recaps inclusive of on-site metrics for clients, venues, vendors and security- Build and maintain all internal documentation for event success including: production schedules, contact sheets, inventory documents, photography/videography shot lists, guest lists and staffing credentials- Source all assets needed for respective event including but not limited to: furniture and décor, food and beverage, graphic designs, brand ambassadors, premiums, credentials, staging, lighting, audiovisuals and event permits- Brainstorm and provide input on creative trends, ideas and vendors that can be incorporated into future events- Responsible for creating and managing all social media posts in a timely matter showcasing executed events

- Oversaw the planning, creative design and execution of experiential activations for high-profile partners including Capital One, Verizon, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Macy’s, Biore, ESPN, Juvederm and Outback Steakhouse with budgets ranging from $5K-$2.5M at iHeartRadio (iHR) national events, iHR theater shows and external custom events- Developed and maintained detailed project plans, timelines, run of shows and P&Ls for partner event assets to ensure client deadlines and deliverables are met, within budget and always exceed client expectations- Sourced and managed venues and agencies across the U.S to deliver the best in class experiential activations for all partners - Traveled to all events to lead the production of experiential activations, confirm assets are trafficked to capture proof of performance and consumer interaction and execute backstage experiential elements including artist meet and greets and press- Partnered directly with the National Sales and Marketing Group to brainstorm new concepts that strengthen current and future client relationships while promoting greater onsite event presence and drive renewals- Lead event planning for the National Sales and Client Partnerships teams for the company’s pillar, theater and custom events including: ticketing, credentials, travel, expenses, budgeting, experiential, guest lists and seating- Managed all national partner email blasts with deployment reaching up to 6.2 million recipients and event microsites including creation, scheduling, testing and reporting metrics

- Lead all phases of planning, coordinating and executing for 75 annual conferences and special events- Managed all event operations including: contracting, registration, floorplans, furniture and décor, audio-visual needs, electrical and internet requirements, cleaning, graphic design and product orders- Tracked and managed annual budget of $2 million for individual exhibits, campaigns and custom events - Traveled to all conferences to manage all onsite operations and oversee load-in and load-out

Seeks to get the students involved in more activities on campus. Oversee four members under the Ignatians committee. Govern the operation of The University’s athletic events including the annual Midnight Madness homecoming event. Daily outreach to local businesses to promote the Hilton Scranton & Conference Center events and hospitality.

Provided development activities for The University students, to promote communication and networking among students, faculty members, and alumni, and to educate the University community on business topics. Had focused on recruiting events, alumni presentations, and networking events in the hopes of fulfilling this mission.

Create an effective platform for the school year comprised of objectives, goal and new initiatives. Main avenue of governance for The University’s students. Deal with pertinent issues that effect the day-to-day lives of students.

Managed all sort of the event operations including: booking the venue, budgeting expenses, promoting and advertising, booked DJ, constructed schedule of events and script, communicated with all student-athletes and coaches, contacted all members of The University community, designing giveaways including over 200 t-shirts and backpacks and hosted for over 200 attendees
