Say no more. 📝 What I have been working on recently:- Creating internal processes for the development of our new SaaS platform- Quality assurance testing all new features - Developing processes for QA and User Acceptance Testing- Managing UAT of new features- Conducting a Client Journey of our platform to see where we can improve our product- Product analysis via Mixpanel to understand how clients are using our platform👩🏻‍💻 Projects I have worked on or work on regularly:- Created extensive client onboarding process for our new Saas platform- Implemented many internal and external process revolving around the development of our social gifting platform- Created processes for better cross-collaboration between the Operations and Engineering teams- Developed an inviting and thorough onboarding for new staff (then use it to onboard them!)- Plan events and team bonding outings for staff- Manage vendors (Everything from IT to cleaning services)- Maintain and update Fooji.com- SOC2 compliance💡Things I want to learn more about right now:- UI/UX design and how to best implement it for your customer demographic- The psychology behind how people actually use products vs. how they are intended to be used - Analyzing product data to improve our platform
