I utilized services such as Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 Admin, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, and Wazuh. I conducted AD access reviews and managed AD groups to ensure proper access and user group management. Additionally, I maintained and monitored system compliance with organizational directives, contributing to a secure and efficient IT environment.

As an Information System Technician I at a Trauma 1 Hospital, I provided technical support to medical staff, addressing issues related to Active Directory, VPN, and various applications. I prioritized and resolved technical tickets, coordinating with multiple teams for efficient issue resolution. Additionally, I conducted troubleshooting and implemented solutions to optimize system performance and enhance the user experience.
