Implement and sustain all efforts relating to a Coalition track specific to Higher Ground’s Restart SMART, a community Schools initiative. Inform a broad scope of community leaders about efforts to implement the Restart SMART framework in Southern Arizona schools. Instigate and maintain relationships and collaborations in the community to the benefit of Restart SMART. Establish and maintain higher level relationships in sector partnerships to build community consensus relating to state level coalition building, support for Higher Ground’s efforts and build political will to establish state level funding for Restart SMART in Arizona. Other aspect of the position includes grant research, writing and submission, marketing and writing and strategizing communications, utilizing established community connections to further the Restart SMART effort, systems thinking to strategically align with Higher Ground’s Mission, Vision and Values.

Mentoring in sustainability issues regarding the built environment and corporate responsibility.

Coordinate and support overall project efforts for the Predictive Safety Testing Consortium. Support five project managers and an executive director in seven working groups. The consortium focus is regulatory acceptance of biomarkers for use in pharma which drives data compilation activities in a SharePoint based environment. Dissemination of information to a wide range of regulatory, industry and academia for working groups and scientific workshops through meeting minutes, email correspondence and teleconferences. Plan and execute workshops and meetings for consortium participants and regulatory personnel

I am here to build relationships and teach people about the amazing system that is DIRTT. It is not just any one aspect of the built environment; it is finally a system integrating good design and stream lined delivery to provide a seamless system. There is not just one group that will benefit from this system, but everyone; Designers and installers to contractors and facility and operation managers. This really is a revolutionary way to approach the interior environment and what it can mean to the people who plan it all the way to the people who use it. I am very excited about the possibilities!

Comprehensive design and management of Healthcare, labs, and offices. I design and/or generate Team designs into an AutoCAD format. I lead a team of interns in the generation of architectural documents - from Schematic to Construction. In the past I have been very involved in the management of the construction administration. I also function as an Interiors planner and designer. We are a small firm so I also find myself maintaining our library and vendor contacts. I have also acheived LEED AP.

Project Designer for Healthcare and Education Teams. Other project types have been religious and office improvement projects. I utilized my AutoCAD skills to generate fast track T.I. projects under a Registered Plant Architect designation for a local hospital. I attended client meetings and assisted in the design process. I also was very involved with code reviews and specifications.

Project Manager for a government contractor located on our local Air Force Base. I fast tracked all of our projects as perscribed the SABER government contract. I evaluated the project and scope of work given to us by military engineers. I generated a design proposal and estimate. I nogotiated the project for scope, price and schedule. Construction usually commenced right after a final design was signed off. I would then manage sub-contractors and assist them in understanding of the design and scope. There were schedules to maintain and design addenda to issue and RFI's to answer. Because of Architectural background I was trusted to generate everything throughout my projects., from drawings and estimates, to RFI's AI's and schedules. At then end of the project I generated close-out documents regarding systems, training and warranties.Projects sizes and scope varied greatly. Most were in the $300,000 to $500,000, and were improvements to existing base facilites. Project scope could vary from 1500 S.F to 50,000 S.F.
