Hello Everyone, We are a team of 35 enthusiastic students from Narayana Business School, who are trying to change the way you see periods. There are a lot of stigmas and taboos attached to it and many a times woman find themselves in uncomfortable positions whenever there is a talk about periods.We will try to present an unbiased, true and informative side of this aspect of woman's life which we are sure would be an eye opener for most of you. Do you know woman period cycles can range anywhere between 2 to 7 days and a woman looses about 10 to 90 ml of blood during each cycle!! Phew, and the thing doesn't end here, for many woman it is accompanied by mood swings, fatigue, abdominal pain, feeling irritable, bloated, having low sex drive, headaches, facing breakouts and many more.The goal is to make this platform a safe place to discuss all about your period related issues and focus on correct and sustainable use of period products like Pads, Tampons, Menstrual Cups etc. We would also be taking about all the stigmas and taboos attached around menstruation and the lack of awareness about periods among people in rural areas and how can we educate them about menstrual hygiene and usage of different menstrual products.A long road and a journey for sure, but we would cover the distance one step at a time.All your support is needed!!
